Terms and Conditions for Tin Can Bay Tourist Park

Dog Policy: Pets by prior Application ONLY.  No pets during Easter, September and Christmas Holidays. Strictly no pets accepted for cabin bookings.

Check-in: Powered Sites Check-in -  11am and Ensuites Sites.   Cabins check in - 2pm

Check out: Departure for all sites and cabins is strictly 10am

Office Hours: Monday to Saturday - 8am to 6pm Sunday – 8am to 10am. Check in after this time may be made by prior arrangement.

Late Check out: 4pm subject to availability and incurs a fee of 50% of the nightly rate.

Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your booking, we advise that no refunds are given for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival date, an administration fee of $5.00 will be deducted for all other refunds. Please note: No refund for early departure or late arrivals.

Online bookings: All bookings require the full payment to be made on booking on the website online booking facility.

Cabin Bookings: No smoking in Cabins.

Smoking: Please respect and be considerate to your neighbours and make sure smoke isn't blowing their way. No smoking in Camp Kitchen & BBQ area, Amenities, Ensuites, Laundry, Office and Pool area.

No Fires:  Local Council has a permanent No Fire Policy in place. Massive fines apply.
